Lions Club of Philip Island starts up weekend used furniture market for 2024

The Lions Club of Phillip Island started up its weekend used furniture and hardware market, known to many Islanders as “Steptoes Emporium”, on 6 January. The same crew of friendly Lions Club members are on hand to help delivery of donations and to help bargain-hunters pick up pre-loved bargains of furniture, hardware or bric-a-brac.

As in 2023 pickup and delivery of items can be arranged (on the Island only).

Opening hours are unchanged, Saturday 0900-1230, Sunday 0900-1200. Proceeds from the market will go towards community service projects, principally disaster recovery and primary student welfare.

Location is Dunsmore Road Cowes, near the Settlement Road intersection and just about opposite Blue Gum garden supplies.
